Our training combines running intervals, functional fitness, and race-specific elements. Think sled pushes, wall balls, farmer’s carries, and everything that makes HYROX unique — all under the guidance of experienced coaches who fine-tune your technique and control your pacing.
Every session is designed to make you fitter, faster, and more efficient.You’ll learn how to manage your energy, when to push the pace, and how to stay mentally sharp through all eight rounds. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX or chasing a personal best.
