WORKOUT OF THE DAY
The WOD blends all CrossFit modalities in one challenging set of exercises that are performed at high intensity. The intensity can be adjusted to ensure that everyone can do the same workout at their own level. Our coaches will help you determine your current level and make sure that you’re getting the most out of your WOD.
Get ready to explore and push your limits and develop explosive power by (mainly) using your own body weight as a tool. Bench-press, pull-ups, handstands and more complex movements, supplemented with power lifts and Olympic lifts. Gather your strength, you beautiful beast.
The main focus of this class is to get you acquainted with the basics of a typical CrossFit workout. We’ll show you how to master the right techniques and promise not to mess you up too bad. It’s also the perfect opportunity for you to let our coaches know if you’d like to discuss your personal training goals, or whether you have any injuries.
