WORKOUT OF THE DAY
The WOD blends all CrossFit modalities in one challenging set of exercises that are performed at high intensity. The intensity can be adjusted to ensure that everyone can do the same workout at their own level. Our coaches will help you determine your current level and make sure that you’re getting the most out of your WOD.
The main focus of this class is to get you acquainted with the basics of a typical CrossFit workout. We’ll show you how to master the right techniques and promise not to mess you up too bad. It’s also the perfect opportunity for you to let our coaches know if you’d like to discuss your personal training goals, or whether you have any injuries.
CrossFit Teens is our strength and conditioning program designed for the age of 14 to 18. The program will give you the ultimate CrossFit experience in an age-appropriate way. While there is full focus on safety we give all teens the opportunity to develop strength, endurance, and confidence. Feel free to sign up for a trial class.
Our competition program is designed to push you further in 'the sport of fitness'. We can offer you the complete package so you can develop yourself as a competitive athlete.
