CrossFit?

CrossFit drags you miles and miles away from your daily routine and brings out the best in you. Even though each workout is different, all movements are functional and performed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for you to develop amazing fitness and strength, both mentally and physically.

HYROX TRAINING

In these classes we prepare you for the next Hyrox event. A global fitness race for everybody. Athletes compete in the same format worldwide: a 1 km run followed by a functional movement, repeated eight times in an indoor arena.


OPEN GYM

Been here a while and looking to work even more on improving your technique or reaching a personal goal? During our open gym hours, you’re free to come in and do exactly that. A coach will be present at all times, so if you let us know what you’d like to work on, we’re happy to help out.


SPECIALTY CLASSES

Do you want to take the time to master the more technical movements in CrossFit? Join our specialty classes! On Tuesdays we focus on weightlifting, and on Fridays on gymnastics. The perfect opportunity to improve your snatch, pull-up, or handstand.


STRENGTH

Get ready to explore and push your limits and develop explosive power by using your own body as a tool. Bench-press, pull-ups, handstands and more complex movements, supplemented with power lifts and Olympic lifts. Gather your strength, you beautiful beast.
