WORKOUT OF THE DAY
The WOD blends all CrossFit modalities in one challenging set of exercises that are performed at high intensity. The intensity can be adjusted to ensure that everyone can do the same workout at their own level. Our coaches will help you determine your current level and make sure that you’re getting the most out of your WOD.
OPEN GYM
Been here a while and looking to work even more on improving your technique or reaching a personal goal? During our open gym hours, you’re free to come in and do exactly that. A coach will be present at all times, so if you let us know what you’d like to work on, we’re happy to help out.
SPECIALTY CLASSES
Do you want to take the time to master the more technical movements in CrossFit? Join our specialty classes! On Tuesdays we focus on weightlifting, and on Fridays on gymnastics. The perfect opportunity to improve your snatch, pull-up, or handstand.
STRENGTH
Get ready to explore and push your limits and develop explosive power by using your own body as a tool. Bench-press, pull-ups, handstands and more complex movements, supplemented with power lifts and Olympic lifts. Gather your strength, you beautiful beast.
